High Frequency Ultrasound – Ultrasound Week
Verasonics will be exhibiting the Vantage high frequency ultrasound machine and high frequency ultrasound probe at the Ultrasonic Week conference. Attendees have the opportunity to listen to knowledgeable speakers and experts and take part in a variety of workshops related to ultrasonics, including, Pharma, medical, engineering, trending technologies, and science.
The Vantage High Frequency Ultrasound Platforms
Verasonics’ Vantage ultrasound systems are the most flexible and fast in the industry today. They are a breakthrough technology with increased channels, multi-channel arbitrary waveform generation capability, and a wider frequency range. The Vantage also offers 14-bit A/D conversion and is available in low and high frequency ultrasound system configurations.
High Frequency CMUT Transducers for Research Ultrasound
Verasonics partners with Kolo to make these high frequency CMUT transducers to provide them to ultrasound research community. The Silicon 
Wave transducer technology offers a highly functional alternative to the PZT transducers for high frequency imaging and extremely broad bandwidth and applications.
L38-22v CMUT High Frequency Linear Array
Verasonics also offers two high frequency single crystal transducers, designed for imaging superficial structures and small animals. The L35-16vX specifications are compatible with the high frequency configurations of the Vantage 128, 64LE and 256. The L22-14vX specifications are compatible with both the standard Frequency and high frequency configurations of the Vantage 128, 256, and 64LE.

Japan Society of Ultrasonic in Medicine
The Japan Society of Ultrasonic in Medicine contributes to the continuing development of academics. They accomplish this via the study of technologies and theories related to ultrasonic medicine. The society arranges academic lecture meetings and publishes two academic journals (in English and Japanese). The group works with several academic societies worldwide.
Japan Association of Breast and Thyroid Sonology
This association, also referred to as JABTS, contributes to the progress of ultrasonography for breasts and thyroid glands worldwide, through education, research, and the development of ultrasound standards for guidelines. The JABTS objectives are to improve the health and wellbeing of Japanese citizens through the advancement of ultrasonic diagnostics for mammary and thyroid gland diseases by studying ultrasonography. The association accomplishes this by contributing to the advancement in diagnostic accuracy and the treatment of patients with the diseases.
Japan Association of Maternal and Fetal Medicine
Established in 1978, the Japan Association of Maternal and Fetal Medicine, their seminar focuses on the key parts of obstetric ultrasound examinations. The lecturers attending Ultrasound week will be comprised of the members of the association who conduct real-world ultrasound diagnosis.
Abdominal Echo Study Group
The Abdominal Echo Study Group’s mission is to support medical care by analyzing echo diagnosis in abdominal diseases. The group also promotes the improvement of the mutual skills and knowledge of its members.
