Through our Commercial Licensing and OEM Supply Models, commercial licensees achieve substantial savings in development costs and accelerate time to market by reducing the need for specialized developers and minimizing the need for custom hardware requirements.
Verasonics provides the foundation upon which great ideas are built. The Vantage NXT Research Ultrasound System enables single developer innovation from concept to validation and allows developers to focus on new application development rather than on ultrasound system design and development. Verasonics’ unique software beamforming architecture is particularly well-suited for ultrasound applications requiring features such as ultra-fast frame rates, high power, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU), and/or high frequency. Customers are supported by a world-class team.
Two models:
Commercial Technology Licensing, with standard, budget-friendly terms and timely technology transfers.
OEM Supply, with compiled MATLAB code, product documentation and affordable supply prices.
Verasonics has executed agreements across a broad range of clinical areas including Focused Ultrasound, Breast Imaging, Renal Denervation, Drug Delivery and Neurology. Multiple products have received regulatory approval, others are undergoing clinical trials. The list of commercial partners includes two “Forbes Top 20 Global Public Companies,” Verasonics is interested in exploring technology agreements with companies of all sizes and at all stages.
