A one-year product and service warranty, including hardware repair or replacement coverage (not including local taxes and duties).*

8 hours of remote technical support with access to the scientists and engineers who developed the Verasonics platforms.

Access to customer training and education sessions, which are offered multiple times per year.

Access to the Verasonics Community , a portal designed to provide quick and easy access to an online library of training videos, product documentation, and a repository of novel programming scripts.

Protect your investment with Verasonics Platform Upgradability; users can easily adapt and expand their systems to meet the needs of emerging applications.

Multiple software toolboxes and a library of hundreds of example scripts make the system easy to use and provide a head start for programming the system

Whether you are seeking advice on script development, specific system capabilities, or experiencing a hardware issue, be assured that we are here to assist you with your support needs.

Verasonics Community Portal – Access to Training, Support Documents and More

Upon becoming a Verasonics customer, portal credentials will be sent from the Verasonics Customer Service and Support team. Customer will have 24/7, no cost access to the Verasonics Community Portal  a customer service and support portal which includes a variety of helpful information. Verasonics evaluates and updates our processes to ensure clear communication of the available warranty and repair options for our products. Customers with products beyond our extended warranty plan period may choose from alternative support offerings

Regular support hours are from 9 am to 5 pm PT, Monday through Friday. Additionally, we offer support for Asia and Europe during local working hours.
