Duties for this position include responsibilities such as accounts payable, maintaining HR and accounting files and documentation, scheduling and calendaring, facilities & security coordination and helping with international and domestic travel arrangements. We always have something new you could be asked to help with, so you’ll rarely be bored!
We need you to have:
- BS or BA degree or equivalent AND
- 1 year of experience working with MS Office (especially Outlook) and other CRM, DB’s and/or inventory management systems (QuickBooks and/or Accounting and/or HR experience are desired.) AND
- A desire to learn new things and a willingness and eagerness to help where needed; the ability to successfully juggle multiple responsibilities and a self-starting nature with innate curiosity and a strong sense of responsibility. Successful incumbent will also be highly organized; accurate & detail oriented; results-oriented; demonstrate a strong customer focus; have excellent written, verbal and computer communication skills (especially in a networked environment); and maintain flexibility, composure, and a good sense of humor. AND
- A resolute determination to maintain the highest possible level of integrity and discretion with exposure to confidential information.
